Summary: Drs. Gillies and Nickling returned to the Dry Valleys to continue their study of wind erosion processes on small to medium scale features.  Ground Based LiDAR support was requested for imaging a series of sand and gravel features shaped by winds.  A UNAVCO field engineer supported this effort over 2 days of scanning. UNAVCO also provided data processing and archiving.
