Summary: Five Trimble 5700/R7 GPS receivers plus training were provided to ITASE field team this year. The equipment was shared by 3 science groups (Hamilton / U of Maine, Jacobel / St Olaf, Arcone / CRREl) during their traverse from Taylor Dome towards the South Pole.  The equipment was used extensively to map the traverse path and radar pulse trail.
