Summary: As part of the McMurdo Dry Valleys LTER project, this group is concerned with long-term monitoring of glacier-fed streams, primarily in the Taylor and Wright Valleys. In 2005-2006, UNAVCO performed surveys of two primary study sites near Lake Fryxell. The extents of Huey Creek and Von Guerard Stream were mapped, and locations of sample sites along the streams were captured. Data processing was provided. |
