Summary:
The T513 group operates a network of ultraviolet radiation sensors at McMurdo, South Pole Palmer. 
UNAVCO determined the location of the sensors at McMurdo and South Pole stations, while the RPSC Palmer 
science technician measured the instrument at Palmer using UNAVCO equipment.
