Technical support to GPS system users is provided by GAGE. Users who intend to use the system for a significant amount of field surveying are strongly encouraged to arrange for training at the GAGE Facility in Boulder, Colorado prior to their field season. GAGE Field Engineer support may also be available for projects with a significant GPS surveying component. Specific on-line documentation is available below for users familiar with GPS surveying and data processing, including a comprehensive Users Manual. Remote (email and telephone) assistance is also provided by GAGE. Upon project completion, GPS data and meta-data archival is available from GAGE for permanent safeguarding.
How to Request Support:
A comprehensive Users Manual has been written for the Summit Camp GPS system. Instructions for quality checking of GPS survey data are also provided. Comments and suggestions on these documents are welcome.
