The 2012 UNAVCO Science Workshop will be held at the Millennium Harvest House in Boulder, Colorado, beginning on Tuesday, February 28 and ending at 4:45pm on Thursday, March 1.

This 3 day Workshop will include science sessions, poster presentations, breakout discussions and informal meetings along with a field trip.

Six Plenary Sessions will be organized around the following crosscutting themes:

• Exploring landscape dynamics with terrestrial imaging: From tectonics to surface processes

• Glaciology, ice loss, and deformation of solid earth

• Seafloor geodesy, innovative and collaborative sea floor observing facilities and subduction zones
  Chair: David Chadwell (UCSD); Co-Chair: Andy Newman (Georgia Technical Institute)
• Volcanic processes and deformation
  Chair: Matt Pritchard (Cornell); Co-Chair: Dave Mencin (UNAVCO)
