The Workshop will begin at 8am on Monday, March 26 and will end at Noon on Wednesday, March 28. Please make your travel arrangements accordingly.

Supported Participants:
Once your flight has been booked your name will be added to the hotel rooming list. UNAVCO can only cover your accommodations for the duration of the workshop. If you are planning to extend your stay, you will be accountable for those nights. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

Self-Supported Participants:
Self-supported participants will be responsible for all meeting related expenses and their travel reservations. Please use the following methods to reserve a sleeping room at the hotel.

Once your flight has been booked you will be added to the shuttle manifest and a reservation will be made for you.

Self-Supported Participants:
