SNARF V00 Files

SNARF_V00_gia_REF.pbovel -- SNARF Reference sites in pbo velocitty file format.
   These are the sites used to align to the J.Davis GIA Model
SNARF_V00_gia_OTH.pbovel -- Other sites of high quality that are affected by 
   tectonic processes.  These were not used to align to the GIA field but can
   be used to realize the SNARF frame
SNARF_V00_gia.SNX -- Sinex file with all SNARF stations
SNARF_V00_gia.org -- GLOBK output with the SNARF solution
snarf_NCP_gia_model.apr -- Model velocities used to define GIA field. 
   Velocities generated with J.Davis C-code
IGS03P33_RS99_noam.apr -- ITRF2000 rotated in NA Frame using ITRF2000 pole

Input files to SNARF (sites common to two of these files used in SNARF frame).

NAR_cumu_r02_v0.snx -- NAR input sinex file 
XVSOLFIN.SNX        -- PUR input sinex file

Rotation from IGb00 (ITRF2000) to SNARF is:
 X     0.0183 +-     0.0010 deg/Myr
 Y    -0.1853 +-     0.0029 deg/Myr
 Z    -0.0241 +-     0.0031 deg/Myr
(RMS difference over 17 stations: 0.5 mm/yr.
