The Differential Vertical Motion Estimation (DiVE) Project is a Sea Level Monitoring Project utilizing low cost L1 single frequency GPS receivers. Meghan Miller at Central Washington University is the project's Principal Investigator. She is working with Dan Johnson, also with Central Washington University.
