Air Reservations

Unless you have been selected for support, please book your own air and hotel reservations. If you have been selected to receive support for your airfare, please contact Jaime Magliocca maglioccaunavco.org to book your air and hotel reservations.

A block of rooms is being held at the Courtyard by Marriott in Longmont, CO for $129.00 + tax per person per night. Please call the hotel or use the link listed below to make your reservations. Supported participants will automatically be added in the block - unless specified on the application. ***Reservation Deadline is July 10, 2014***

Shuttle Service to and from the Airport

If you are arriving on July 21, please take the shuttle directly to UNAVCO. SuperShuttle is the designated shuttle service from Denver International Airport to Boulder. SuperShuttle provides scheduled runs from the airport every 20 minutes, beginning at 5:30am and ending at Midnight.

Carpooling

Please Please meet in the hotel lobby at 8:30am on July 21 to carpool to UNAVCO. We will have space for approximately 21 people. If you are renting a car, please join in on the carpooling. Carpools will be available on the evening of the 21st from UNAVCO back to the hotel.

Meals

UNAVCO will coverlunch and snack breaks for the duration of the Workshop. Breakfast is provided by the hotel and dinner will be on your own.
