Course will begin at 1 pm on Monday, August 8th and will end at 5pm on Wednesday, August 10th. If you prefer not to participate in the optional module, the course will end around 3pm on Wednesday, August 10.

A block of rooms is being held at SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Longmont, CO for $104.00 + tax per person per night for a single suite. Please call the hotel or use the links listed below to make your reservations. Shuttle Service to and from the Airport
If you are arriving on August 8, please take the shuttle directly to UNAVCO. SuperShuttle is the designated shuttle service from Denver International Airport to Boulder. SuperShuttle provides scheduled runs from the airport every 20 minutes, beginning at 5:30am and ending at Midnight.

Carpooling
Please Please meet in the hotel lobby at 8:15am on August 9 to carpool to UNAVCO. We will have space for approximately 21 people. If you are renting a car, please join in on the carpooling. Carpools will be available on the evening of the 8th from UNAVCO back to the hotel.
Meals
UNAVCO will cover lunch and snack breaks for the duration of the Workshop. The hotel serves breakfast, and dinner will be on your own.Parking at the Hotel
Overnight parking is available.
