These courses do not have a registration fee, but participants will pay their own travel and living expenses. UNAVCO will provide lunch and snacks during the short courses.

Support for Students

Limited funds are available for student participation. If you are currently a student and would like to request support in order to attend the short courses, please fill out the Application for Financial Support form [PDF]. All US and Foreign students are eligible for support. Please fill out and email/fax (303.381.7501) to Jaime Magliocca (maglioccaunavco.org). You will be notified within 2 weeks whether or not support is available.

If you are selected for support, Jaime Magliocca can make your travel arrangements on your behalf or you can make them and be reimbursed via an expense report.

In order to minimize costs, supported students will be paired up according to gender or roommate requests.

Instructors

UNAVCO will cover all reasonable expenses for the Instructors of the Short Courses. UNAVCO will not reimburse incidentals, upgrades or accompanying participant expenses.
