Air Reservations
Unless you have been selected for support, please book your own air and hotel reservations. The course will begin at 9am on 16 November and end at Noon on 19 November, but the instructors will be available for the remainder of the afternoon for anyone who wishes additional tutoring. Hotel
A block of rooms is being held at the Courtyard by Marriott for $104.00 + tax per person per night. Please contact the hotel directly and mention the UNAVCO - GAMIT Short Course to reserve a room in this block. Supported participants will automatically be added in the block - unless specified on the application that hotel accomodations are not needed. ***Reservation Deadline is October 18, 2010***

Transportation to and from Miami International Airport
Taxi service is available to the hotel for approximately $20. There will a few vans for to carpool to the University from the Hotel each day. More information regarding carpooling will follow soon.
Meals
UNAVCO will cover lunch and snack breaks for the duration of the Workshop. The Courtyard by Marriott serves a complimentary breakfast and dinner will be on your own.Parking at the Hotel
Overnight parking is available for $25 per night.
