Travel Arrangements

Air, hotel and ground transportation costs are the responsibility of the participant (unless you are a supported participant).

We have a block of rooms at the Hotel Boulderado ($129.00 + tax) and the Quality Inn and Suites ($99.00 + tax). Please choose a hotel and list your arrival/departure dates when you register for the Short Courses. We will make your hotel reservations for you based on your arrival/departure information. You will have to provide a credit card upon arrival for payment.

Getting Around

We encourage our staff and all visitors to carpool and take advantage of our Public Transit System (RTD). Our office is on the 205 Bus Route and very easy to get to.

Shuttle Service to and from the Airport

SuperShuttle is the designated shuttle service from Denver International Airport to Boulder. . SuperShuttle provides scheduled runs from the airport every 20 minutes, beginning at 5:30am and ending at Midnight.
