In response to community requests, UNAVCO has instituted a series of short courses to increase the capacity of our scientific community by using various data. These courses are aimed at current researchers who want to update their skills or branch into new areas of research, and younger scientists such as post doctoral fellows, graduate students, and upper level undergraduates. Classes will be held at the UNAVCO Headquarters in Boulder, Colorado, June 12-16, 2006. These courses are designed to overlap, thereby allowing people to attend both courses. The shared day (Wednesday, June 14) will address using GPS and strainmeter data together. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
