The 2010 UNAVCO Science Workshop will be held at the Millennium Harvest House in Boulder, Colorado. This 2.5 day Workshop will include science sessions, poster presentations, breakout discussions and informal meetings along with a field trip. There will also be a dinner with a plenary lecture by Bernard Minster, who will provide us with a historical perspective on space geodesy and its applications to geophysics, from the early days to the latest NRC study. The full-day Teaching Geodesy in the 21st Century – an ‘On the Cutting Edge’ Follow-on Workshop will be held on Monday, March 8. Four Plenary Sessions will be organized around the following crosscutting themes:
