Dr. Miller came to UNAVCO in January, 2008. She earned her B.S. at Yale University and Ph.D. at Stanford. She has been a member of the UNAVCO science community for two decades, initially as a National Research Council post-doctoral fellow and research scientist at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory; she has also served five years on the UNAVCO Steering Committee and founding Board. As a Professor at Central Washington University since 1991, she led development of the U.S. component of PANGA, a PBO Nucleus network. From 2002 - 2008, she served as Dean of the College of the Sciences at CWU.
