Standing Committees
The UNAVCO bylaws provide for standing and advisory committees of the board and the members, as well as committees that are advisory to the president.
Advisory Committees to the Board
The Board of Directors, Members or President may also establish advisory or other committees. Current UNAVCO advisory committees report to the board.

Audit and Finance Committee
The Audit and Finance Committee, established in the bylaws, shall be responsible for overseeing corporate financial management functions, including investment and debt policies and transactions, recommending to the Board of Directors changes in financial management policy, and nominating to the Board of Directors the public accounting firm to be engaged to carry out the annual audit of the corporate financial position. Members serve three year terms and are eligible for reappointment.

Nominating Committee
