The Education and Outreach Standing Committee is a Board Standing Committee. The purpose of the Education and Outreach Committee is to advise UNAVCO Board in priorities relating to the Education and Outreach mission of UNAVCO, to advocate for Education and Outreach within the UNAVCO community, and to ensure that UNAVCO's Education and Outreach program adheres to the strategic directions established by UNAVCO. The major short-term task for the committee is to help the Education and Outreach coordinator in establishing the Education and Outreach component to the UNAVCO Strategic Plan.
